Job summary

Rockingham Grand Casino in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Director of Compliance to oversee internal controls, training on state and federal guidelines, and AML/regulatory programs for both Rockingham Grand Casino and Chaser’s Poker Room. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead AML initiatives, and coordinate with regulators to maintain licensing and permits.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong knowledge of gaming regulations, and the ability to manage cross-property compliance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, local and federal laws pertaining to Gaming and Alcohol.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and investigatory skills with attention to detail.
• Strong and thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Designated as the anti-money laundering (“AML”) Compliance Officer for the New Hampshire locations with responsibility for oversight of compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the Company’s anti-money laundering program.
• Oversee efforts to monitor reportable currency transactions and suspicious activities.
• Serve as a liaison between the property and New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission to ensure regulatory compliance issues are cured accurately and timely.
• Ensure AML training is conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as the Company’s AML programs.
• Assure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Monitor and implement employee training and determine when and where applicable reports must be filed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, SOPs and regulations for state and federal agencies.
