Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance experience required, casino experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML and Title 31 compliance.
• Ability to operationalize gaming regulations within a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance training, including new-hire, annual refresher, and one-on-one training
• Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review findings
• Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as primary regulator contact
• Update and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Ensure knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit
