You will mentor design leaders and collaborate with research, product and tech leadership to deliver high-impact, complex design programs.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results and impact, with deep experience in product design and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in product design or managing product design teams.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading design for enterprise platforms, data-intensive tools, or internal tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary design team across card platforms and data initiatives.
• Partner with research, product, and tech leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Present work to executive stakeholders and shape design strategy and roadmaps.
• Drive design strategy from strategy through delivery to market with measurable business impact.
