Job summary

Responsibilities include building the Estimating function, hiring estimators, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes in a GMP environment. Travel ~30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating on large capital projects, including projects >$1B.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Owns the capital estimate from initial concept through project closeout.
• Establishes estimating and planning strategy with targets for estimate accuracy and cost predictability.
• Owns basis of estimate, estimate plan, and estimate validation across the portfolio.
• Owns basis of schedule and schedule validation across the portfolio.
• Builds and scales the Central Estimating & Planning function including hiring and onboarding.
• Aligns estimating practices with GPCO framework and tools.
