Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost estimating experience on large capital projects, including programs >$1B total installed cost.
• Experience scaling an estimating or project controls function with hiring/onboarding.
• Ability to influence decisions with senior stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the capital estimate from concept through project closeout with continuity across phases.
• Establishes estimating and planning strategy with targets for accuracy and predictability.
• Manages basis of estimate, schedule design plan, and validation across the portfolio.
