Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director, Consultant Campus Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end campus recruitment across MBA, ADC and Specialty programs in North America. You will set strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with business leaders to attract top campus talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep talent acquisition expertise, including leadership of large-scale campus recruiting programs or multi-team functions.
• Proven experience setting strategy, leading complex portfolios, and delivering measurable improvements in recruiting outcomes.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams while building inclusive, accountable working environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, balancing strategic perspective with rigorous execution across competing priorities.
• Experience leading change and adopting new capabilities, including recruiting technology, collaborative tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategy and agenda for Consultant campus talent acquisition, identifying the highest-impact opportunities across MBA, ADC and Specialty, local campus, and OneBCG recruiting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio of campus recruiting teams, setting clear expectations and creating an inclusive environment for growth.
• Shape the organization and operating model as recruiting needs evolve, allocating resources and enabling scalable programs.
• Oversee end-to-end Consultant campus recruiting portfolio, including programs, events, candidate engagement, screening, interviewing, and conversion.
• Strengthen how BCG attracts and engages priority talent, align hiring strategies with internship and full-time targets, and communicate the employer value proposition.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across campus recruiting, using data and AI-enabled solutions to improve effectiveness.
• Advise senior leaders to build alignment around campus recruiting priorities and participate in NAMR/global TA initiatives.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition to connect campus recruiting with broader talent agenda and cross-functional priorities.
• Own the Consultant campus TA budget, establish governance for data, metrics, and reporting, and manage policy and risk.
