You will set regional strategy, coordinate multiple recruiting teams, and drive outcomes across the full lifecycle.

You will lead MBA/ADC/Specialty campus recruiting, partner with TA and business leaders to anticipate needs, and evolve programs using data and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading campus recruiting programs or multi-team functions.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for Consultant campus talent acquisition across MBA, ADC and Specialty.
• Lead campus recruiting teams, establishing clear accountability and inclusive growth.
• Oversee end-to-end campus recruiting including programs, events, screening and interviewing.
• Partner with TA and business leaders to anticipate changing talent needs.
• Own budget governance, metrics, and reporting for recruiting activities.
