Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director, Consultant Campus Talent Acquisition in North America. You will own end-to-end campus recruiting strategy across MBA, ADC and Specialty programs, directing multiple teams and driving outcomes in a highly competitive market.

You will partner with TA and business leaders to anticipate talent needs, evolve the recruiting model, and ensure delivery of high-quality candidate experiences while overseeing budget and governance.

• Deep talent acquisition expertise demonstrated by leading large campus programs and multi-team functions.
• Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of driving measurable recruiting improvements.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and agenda for Consultant campus talent acquisition across MBA, ADC and Specialty.
• Lead and develop a portfolio of campus recruiting teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Shape the organization and operating model to adapt to evolving recruiting needs and priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end Consultant campus recruiting portfolio, including programs, events, screening, interviewing, and conversion.
• Strengthen engagement with priority talent and employer value proposition in competitive markets.
• Drive innovation using data, AI-enabled solutions, and modern ways of working to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Advise senior leaders to align priorities and ensure governance and risk management across TA scope.
• Build partnerships across Talent Acquisition to connect campus recruiting with broader talent agenda.
