Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Director, Consultant Campus Talent Acquisition to own the end-to-end campus recruiting strategy across MBA, ADC, and Specialty tracks in North America. You will shape roadmaps, lead multiple recruiting teams, and partner with TA and business leaders to anticipate talent needs.

You will drive governance, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, and align internship and full-time targets with broader talent priorities while maintaining a strong focus on inclusive

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in talent acquisition
• Experience leading large campus recruiting programs or multi-team functions
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable improvements in recruiting outcomes
• Strong leadership, inclusion, and accountability in teams
• Excellent executive presence and influence with senior leaders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills
• Experience adopting new recruiting tech and AI-enabled solutions

• Set strategy and agenda for Consultant campus talent acquisition with clear roadmaps
• Lead and develop a portfolio of campus recruiting teams with accountability
• Shape organization and operating model to evolving recruiting needs
• Oversee end-to-end campus recruiting portfolio across programs, events, screening, interviewing, and conversion
• Align hiring strategies with internship and full-time targets with cross-functional partners
• Drive innovation and data-driven improvements across campus recruiting
