EY-Parthenon’s Deals – Financial Diligence – Buy Side practice seeks a Senior Director to lead financial diligence projects for major transactions in Seattle and client sites. You will analyze financial data, discuss performance drivers with senior teams, and guide deal considerations while mentoring staff.

You’ll work with large organizations and private equity clients, applying rigorous diligence to increase value and reduce risk, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and insightful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
• Significant public accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Role requires in-person teaming at client sites or EY offices, about 60% of the time or ~3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute financial diligence project work for Buy Side, advising on drivers that impact value and risk.
• Lead discussions with senior management on performance, forecast assumptions and deal considerations.
• Develop and mentor staff and seniors to support career development.
• Write reports detailing findings and recommendations across key financial and business issues in transactions.
