Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a leading advisor, seeks a Director—Deals—Financial Diligence—Buy Side to lead complex diligence projects and advise on value drivers. You will collaborate with CEOs, boards, PE firms, and client teams across diverse sectors, shaping transaction scenarios and growth strategies.

You will analyze financial data, discuss forecast assumptions with senior management, and help craft compelling client reports while mentoring staff for ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years related experience, or a graduate degree with ~4 years.
• Significant public accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; build relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed.

• Manage and execute financial due diligence engagements.
