Peraton seeks a Navy Account Director to drive identification and growth of new business across Navy/USMC customers. The role demands a proven record of large contract wins, strong relationships with Navy/USMC stakeholders, and the ability to shape acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will lead BD teams, maintain a robust pipeline, and interface with customers at all levels including senior executives. Requires US citizenship and active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility preferred.
Peraton is currently seeking a Navy Account Director, with proven ability to support the identification and growth of new business at PAE Mission Systems, NIWC-LANT, PAE Munitions, PAE Aviation, CNIC, and NAVEUR, and other Navy, Marine Corps & CCMD customers.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success in identifying and winning new business and in leading business development teams in capturing targeted programs in the Navy/USMC market. It is important for the candidate to have experience building a robust, targeted pipeline of opportunities that will drive growth and ensure that goals are met. Critical skill sets include strong strategic planning abilities and an unrelenting focus on winning business, with a record of “big” wins with the above customers. It is also important that the candidate is well connected with current Navy/USMC key personnel, and has established relationships within the systems integration, IT, and mission solution communities.

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
