Lupin is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing for US Biosimilars in New Jersey to lead portfolio strategy, oversee launch readiness, and coordinate cross-functional plans across sales, market access, medical, regulatory, and finance. The role focuses on driving market share, revenue, and profitability for biosimilar products.

Competenze
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years in pharma.
- At least 1 year biosimilars commercial exp.
- Experience leading portfolio strategy & launches.
- Director-level scope or equivalent.
- Understanding US biosimilar market access & regs.
- Forecasting and analytics experience.
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office & collaboration tools.

- Lead US biosimilars portfolio strategy, pipeline assessment, prioritization & resources.
- Translate market and payer insights into differentiated commercial strategies.
- Maintain competitive intelligence & inform portfolio priorities.
- Lead integrated commercial planning for biosimilar launches & in-line products.
- Establish performance measures for share, volume, revenue, margin & profitability; adjust as needed.
- Direct customer-facing strategies with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Finance.
