Lupin in New Jersey seeks a Sr. Director of Market Access - Medical Benefit to drive access for specialty portfolios including biosimilars and branded products.

You will coordinate pricing, contracting, and payer strategies across channels, partnering with Finance, Legal, Trade, and Commercial Ops to optimize access and launch readiness. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in pharma market access with director-level leadership and a strong grasp of payer dynamics, ASP modeling, and GPO

Competenze

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience with progressive responsibility.
• Director-level leadership with cross-functional influence and accountability.
• Pricing and contracting experience in brands and/or biosimilars, with ASP understanding.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Federal payer segments.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute U.S. market access strategies for medical benefit products, including coverage criteria and distribution.
• Assess payer, provider, health system, and GPO opportunities and develop actionable access plans.
• Provide insights for pipeline evaluation, launch planning, product commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor policy, market, and reimbursement trends affecting drug access and adoption.
• Develop customer and account strategies for payers, health plans, health systems, and GPOs.
• Collaborate with finance, trade, and marketing to align pricing, contracts, and access strategies.
• Lead cross-functional launch workstreams and ensure access requirements in commercial plans.
