Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a Global Brand Director Biosimilars to lead the next wave of biosimilar launches. Based in Parsippany, NJ, in a hybrid role (2-3 days on-site), you will design brand plans, campaigns and lifecycle strategies to drive sustainable commercial success worldwide.

You will steer global teams, collaborate with regions, and prioritize market access and digital marketing to maximize launches in US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in pharma or life sciences with at least 3 years in commercial leadership.
• Experience launching branded products internationally, preferably US/EU5.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build brand plans, tactics and campaigns for upcoming biosimilar launches.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-regional launch teams with a co-creation approach.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive lifecycle management activities.
• Provide commercial input for development and training of marketing and sales teams.
• Develop a strong network with key internal stakeholders and inspire teams.
