Job summary
BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Director of Clinical Biomarkers to provide scientific and strategic leadership for biomarker activities across BeiGene’s clinical pipeline.
The role partners with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to develop and execute biomarker strategies spanning preclinical and clinical programs. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in biomarker platforms, strong leadership, and the ability to influence program strategy across a global organization.
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences; 7+ years biotech/pharma experience.
- 3+ years in biomarker research, development or strategy.
- Experience in hematology/oncology/immunology preferred.
- Ability to lead biomarker strategies and influence program decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement biomarker strategies across programs.
- Assess novel biomarker platforms and technologies.
- Support clinical protocol development and trials.
- Engage KOLs and collaborators for biomarker development.
- Build relationships with internal and external experts.
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Develop, track, and report biomarker goals and objectives.
