The role emphasizes biomarker discovery, assay development, and regulatory-driven submissions while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

PhD or MD/PhD with 5+ years in oncology biomarker science.
Deep expertise in biomarker discovery, assay development and validation.
Leadership in translational medicine with regulatory submissions or publications.
Experience managing cross-functional and multi-institutional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Mandarin language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead global biomarker strategy for solid tumor oncology.
