BeOne is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Biomarker & Translational Medicine for Oncology (Solid Tumor Portfolio, GI). You will lead global biomarker strategy, oversee assay development, and translate biomarker data into actionable strategies to accelerate clinical trials and the pipeline.

The role requires a PhD or MD/PhD with 5+ years in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, and a track record in regulatory-ready biomarker programs, publications, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Deep expertise in biomarker discovery, clinical assay development, and validation.
• Experience leading translational medicine programs and regulatory contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global biomarker strategy for solid tumor oncology programs.
• Oversee biomarker assay development, validation, and regulatory readiness.
• Analyze biomarker data to inform go/no-go decisions and trial advancement.
• Communicate biomarker insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as SME and actively contribute to program strategy and publications.
• Manage external partnerships to advance biomarker discovery and development.
• Support regulatory submissions related to biomarker strategies and CDx.
