Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior leader to oversee bioanalytical strategy for ocular programs, spanning discovery through lifecycle management. The role calls for directing GLP-regulated analyses and coordinating cross-functional teams to align analytical plans with program needs.

Responsibilities include managing CROs, shaping a potential internal bioanalytical lab, and maintaining data integrity and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, immunology or a related discipline with 10+ years of industry experience; or M.S. with 14+; or B.S. with 16+.
Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership in pharma/biotech across small molecules and biologics with LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding platforms.
Track record in regulated bioanalysis (GLP) supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions and regulatory content authorship.
Experience managing bioanalytical CROs as sponsor-side lead with oversight of data quality and defensibility.

Responsibilities

Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities and matrices.
Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional teams and translate questions into analytical plans.
Lead CRO governance and vendor management for timelines and budgets.
Oversee internal non-GLP lab build, including capex planning and hybrid capability model.
