Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to own strategy for small and large molecules, including biomarkers and immunogenicity assessment. You will oversee outsourced bioanalysis, ensure data quality and regulatory defensibility, and drive future internal lab capabilities.

The role requires deep expertise in GLP/GCP, leadership of scientific teams, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality groups. Remote US location is available.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in bioanalytical programs across small molecules and biologics.
• Experience in regulated bioanalysis (GLP) supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions.
• Strong vendor management and CRO oversight across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities.
• Represent bioanalysis in cross-functional teams and regulatory interactions.
• Lead external CRO governance and internal non-GLP lab planning and build.
