Job summary

Paylocity, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, seeks a Senior Director of Benefits Operations to lead Benefits Service, EDI and Implementation across multiple sites. You will drive strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and align delivery with business goals while scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in payroll/benefits or B2B SaaS, with P&L ownership and a proven ability to lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10-15 years of progressive senior leadership experience, in payroll/benefits or B2B SaaS service.
• Ownership of a book of business and P&L responsibility.
• Leadership of multi-site service, implementation or operations teams.
• Experience in a large-scale, margin-focused, fast-paced B2B SaaS business.
• Data-driven decision making and financial acumen; use of metrics to drive performance.
• Ability to interact with and influence C-level executives; manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefits Service, EDI and Implementation functions and drive strategy.
• Ensure client perspectives are understood and addressed by leaders.
• Achieve on-time implementations, retention and customer satisfaction.
• Foster partnerships across Sales, Product, Vendors, Service and Implementation.
• Develop workforce forecasting and training plans for evolving needs.
• DriveVoice of the Client with Product to influence new functionality.
• Lead, coach and develop management staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee internal audit and compliance for benefits-related requirements.
