Paylocity is seeking a Senior Director Benefits Ops to lead the Benefits Service, EDI and Implementation teams. This role shapes strategy, ensures client perspectives are addressed, and drives on-time implementations and customer satisfaction.

The leader creates scalable delivery, implements change strategies, and identifies expansion opportunities in a fast-growing environment. Responsibilities include setting vision for process improvements, guiding staffing, and partnering with Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive senior leadership experience, in payroll/benefits or B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a book of business and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benefits Service, EDI and Implementation teams and drive strategy.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention and timely implementations.
• Develop process improvements and expand opportunities in growth environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align client interests with business objectives.
• Report on service performance, budgets and staffing needs.
