Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Benefits Accounting Leader to provide expert technical guidance on retirement and employee benefit programs under US GAAP and IFRS. You will collaborate with client teams, prepare advisories, memos, and host webcasts to translate complex standards for finance and accounting professionals.

You will co-lead client training seminars, coordinate with North America and Global teams, and liaise with auditors to ensure accurate disclosures and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting, financial reporting or analysis experience.
• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and IFRS guidance related to employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and consultants with complex benefits accounting under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Interpret changes in financial reporting for employee benefits and related matters.
• Co-lead and deliver benefits accounting training seminars for finance professionals.
