Job summary

WTW in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Analyst – Health & Benefits Consulting to contribute to design, financing and management of health and benefits programs, and to support project managers, vendors and clients with high‑quality deliverables.

You will prepare client materials, assist with Form 5500 filings and enrollment, and analyze funding options while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and maintain professional excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in professional services, ideally in health benefits consulting or underwriting/actuarial function
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quality deliverables on time and within budget
• Strong client service orientation and timely responsiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently or in a team
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Pursuit of health and welfare actuarial/underwriting training encouraged

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and management of health and benefits programs (medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability)
• Support project manager and deliverables; client/service interactions
• Prepare client meeting materials and coordinate resources
• Support vendor procurement, implementation and optimization
• Provide enrollment support and update internal systems
• Prepare reports and filings (Form 5500, SPD, certificates)
• Assist with plan analyses, cost savings and funding strategies
• Review client deliverables for alignment with objectives and standards
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and value-added analyses
• Analyze and compare vendor products and contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build internal relationships
