WTW is seeking an Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director to lead financial/actuarial engagements across health and welfare programs. You will guide pricing, funding and plan design decisions, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready results.

You will manage multiple client projects, expand relationships, and contribute to intellectual capital. A strong healthcare actuarial background and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years’ experience in professional services, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting/actuarial function of an insurance company.
• Experience working across multiple client segments and leading complex engagements.
• Advanced knowledge of broad health and welfare products & services.
• Knowledge of big data analytic techniques and modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to lead multiple clients/projects and deliver quality work on time and budget.

Aufgaben

• Leads clients’ financial/actuarial engagements for a portfolio of small clients or manages FAA resources on more complex clients.
• Guides teams on cost avoidance, risk and funding strategies based on client need.
• Reviews technical and consulting accuracy, including pricing, plan design alternatives and reserves.
• Partners with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams for project management.
• Develops relationships with employers and vendors to enhance the firm’s brand.
