Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth for Finacle products and platforms within EdgeVerve. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, pursuing opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery across banking IT engagements.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic accounts, manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the C-level, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in Banking IT or related financial services domain.
• Understanding of Enterprise-grade product deployment and implementation cycle.
• Strong understanding of consumer and commercial banking.
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts.
• Hands-on proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
• Experience in a product company or unit with large services partners in Fintech/FS.
• U.S. citizens or work authorization; sponsorship not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Manage client interfaces within the assigned account scope.
• Build and manage a portfolio; own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments; ensure delivery accountability.
• Create the account plan including relationships, opportunities, pricing decisions, and governance.
