Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Manager - Product Management for Finacle, our digital banking solution. The role focuses on driving strategy, prioritization, and delivery of product requirements aligned with customer needs and market opportunities in the U.S. banking sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate sprints, and build scalable capabilities to support growth, while ensuring regulatory alignment and commercial success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in the U.S. financial sector.
• Experience in the U.S. banking industry; Canadian banking exposure is a plus.
• Strong techno-functional capabilities and business orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial evaluation of new product requirements.
• Drive self and team to identify incremental and disruptive improvements for existing products, as well as new product ideas.
• Create business cases for product investments and safeguard product profitability.
• Build customer and user personas to drive identification of new product ideas and enhancements.
• Gather requirements for Finacle Banking modules based on stakeholder interactions.

Manager - Product Management
Job Objective

Drive product strategy, definition, prioritization, and delivery of product requirements by aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Lead feature planning, sprint coordination, and cross-functional execution to deliver scalable product capabilities that support current priorities and future growth.

Qualifications

• Preferred: MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Systems

Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of proven product management experience in a U.S. financial institution or banking software product development organization, with strong exposure to U.S. banking products, customer needs, and end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Experience in the U.S. banking industry; Canadian banking experience is an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex product solutions
• Strong techno-functional capabilities
• Strong business orientation and commercial acumen
• Proven experience engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and address their needs
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience across core banking, deposits, lending, banking operations, and digital currencies
• Understanding of U.S. banking regulations

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial evaluation of new product requirements

• Create business cases for product investments and recommend ways to safeguard product profitability

Product Roadmap

• Build customer and user personas to drive identification of new product ideas and incremental or disruptive enhancements
• Gather requirements for Finacle Banking modules based on interactions with internal stakeholders
• Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform decisions on the product roadmap and shape the product's future
• Analyze each enhancement, modification, or new product to ensure alignment with the product vision
• Develop and communicate new product or enhancement vision to the product realization team (Program Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, etc.)
• Create the roadmap for the product with high-level feature specifications to communicate the product vision
