Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Department Leader to oversee the maintenance organization, drive world-class reliability, and mentor Team Leaders and Associates. You will manage budgets, improve equipment uptime, and uphold safety and quality across the plant.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of hands-on maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance department budgets and financial health.
• Lead Team Leaders and Associates; develop talent.
• Promote safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Support Lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure production runs to schedule and meet shipment targets.
