Job summary

Securian Financial seeks a strategic, collaborative leader to build and mature the Associate Experience as an enterprise capability. This role shapes the strategy, structure, measurement and governance to understand associates' experiences and convert insights into meaningful action and continuous improvement.

As a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team, you will drive DEI integration, partner across HR and the business, and influence leaders to turn data into action that improves

Responsibilities

• Shape the Associate Experience by building the enterprise capability, strategy, structure, roadmap and practices to measure and improve the experience.
• Develop a holistic view of the associate journey from attraction to departure to identify opportunities to strengthen the experience.
• Apply human-centered design and journey mapping to understand associate needs and improve moments that matter.
• Lead listening and measurement strategies using surveys, feedback, data and benchmarks to drive action.
• Embed equity, inclusion and belonging as core lenses across the Associate Experience strategy and culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on culture, inclusion and belonging, using insights to influence decisions and actions.
• Lead and inspire the DEI and Associate Experience team, partnering across HR and business functions to deliver enterprise priorities.
