Job summary

Securian Financial is seeking a strategic leader to build and mature the Associate Experience as an enterprise capability. You will shape the strategy, structure, measurement and practices that illuminate how associates experience Securian and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead listening, insights, and governance across HR and business leaders, embedding DEI to ensure equitable outcomes and a compelling associate value proposition. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, organizational psychology, business, sociology, behavioral science, analytics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Associate Experience by building the enterprise capability, strategy, structure and roadmap.
• Lead listening and measurement efforts across surveys, feedback and benchmarks, turning insights into action.
• Embed DEI as a core lens and partner across HR to integrate DEI into talent practices and decisions.
• Collaborate with executives and leaders to connect associate sentiment to enterprise priorities and outcomes.
• Oversee the Associate Experience team and ensure governance, accountability and progress.
