Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to provide executive leadership for a large multifamily loan portfolio, partnering with peers to drive risk management and performance. The role requires deep experience in CRE asset management and leadership across cross-functional teams.

The candidate will collaborate with agency partners, underwriting, and senior leadership to ensure compliance with investor requirements and drive continuous improvement in servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, real estate, or related field.
• MBA/MS in Real Estate Finance strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years of progressive CRE asset management or loan servicing experience.
• 8–10 years managing agency multifamily loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for a large multifamily loan portfolio, overseeing risk, performance, and strategy.
• Lead asset management governance, policies, and compliance with lender requirements.
• Develop and deliver portfolio risk analyses and executive-level reporting.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing asset management team.
