ENFRA is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead the asset management team across multiple customer sites, aligning strategic plans with KPIs, capital planning, and profitability objectives.

The role includes governance of asset lifecycle, facility operations, safety compliance, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize asset performance and deliver superior outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Seven years of related experience, with three years in leadership.
• Experience in asset or facilities management and O&M.
• Ability to manage P&L and financial forecasting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to multitask across projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and lifecycle of customer facilities and assets to align with contracts and objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of maintenance, capital improvements, and long-term asset planning.
• Analyze performance metrics, costs, and budgets to identify trends and risks.
• Lead annual planning for operations, capital projects, and resource allocation across sites.
• Establish governance and best practices for asset management and reporting.
• Advise senior stakeholders on asset risks, investments, and optimization.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Approve asset strategies to improve profitability and asset life cycles.
