Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead the asset management team across multiple customer sites, overseeing strategy, KPIs, capital planning, and performance. You will review plans, advise executives, and escalate complex issues to ensure profitability and reliability.

You will partner with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet contractual and safety obligations while guiding long-range asset strategies and governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of related experience required, including three years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices and safety policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to forecast finances.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of facilities and assets across sites.
• Provides strategic oversight of maintenance, capital projects, and investments to improve asset life and efficiency.
• Reviews metrics, costs, and financial results to identify trends and risks.
• Leads annual planning for facility operations, capital projects, and resources across sites.
