Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead the asset management team across customer facilities and assets. The role focuses on strategy, KPI oversight, capital planning, and complex operations, including governance and reporting.

You will partner with customers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient operation, profitability, and long-term asset life while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; four years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Seven+ years of related experience with at least three years in leadership roles in asset management, facilities management, O&M, or energy infrastructure.
• Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
• Ability to manage profits/losses and forecast financials.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of facilities/assets to align with contractual obligations and business goals.
• Provides strategic oversight of maintenance, repair, and capital improvement programs to support long-term asset performance.
• Reviews and analyzes performance metrics, costs, and financial results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Leads annual planning for facility operations, capital projects, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management and reporting.
• Acts as senior advisor to Asset Managers and customers on complex operational issues and capital priorities.
• Partners with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and compliance.
• Reviews and approves asset management strategies to improve profitability and extend asset life.
