Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead a portfolio of facilities and assets across multiple customer sites. The role focuses on governance, capital planning, and optimizing asset performance to meet contractual obligations and business goals.

You will review asset plans, KPIs, and capital investments while guiding senior asset managers and coordinating with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient operations and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Seven+ years of related experience, including three years of leadership in asset management, facilities management, O&M, energy infrastructure, or related environment.
• Strong safety discipline and ability to enforce safety policies.
• Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
• Ability to create opportunities for business growth through customer management.
• Ability to manage profits, losses, and quarterly/monthly projections.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities, infrastructure, and assets to align with contracts and business goals.
• Provides strategic oversight of maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement programs to support long-term asset performance.
• Analyzes performance metrics, operating costs, and financial results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Leads annual planning for facility operations, capital projects, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management and reporting.
