Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in asset or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
• Ability to manage profits and losses and provide forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge of energy infrastructure and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities and assets.
• Provide strategic oversight of maintenance, repairs, and capital programs.
• Analyze performance metrics, costs, and financial results to identify trends.
• Lead annual planning across multiple sites and long-range asset strategies.
• Establish governance, standards, and reporting for asset management.
• Advise asset managers and customers on operational issues and investments.
• Partner with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Approve asset management strategies to improve profitability and asset life.
