Job summary

Curriculum Associates seeks a Senior Director of Assessment Solutions and Technical Strategy to guide proposal strategy, translate psychometric methods into compelling communication, and lead AI-assisted documentation across the Assessment portfolio.

The role sits within the Assessment Solutions team and partners with Bids, Proposals, Sales, and Marketing to ensure rigor and alignment with district/state needs. Doctorate required; remote work not emphasized.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Educational Measurement, Psychometrics, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience with assessments.
• Experience communicating about K-12 digital assessment to district/state audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal response strategy for Assessment and Psychometrics teams to meet state/district needs.
• Drive development and management of proposal response process for the teams.
• Translate technical documentation into proposal text and boilerplate with psychometric grounding.
• Manage boilerplate text, libraries, and versioning across the portfolio.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, ensuring expert psychometric review.
