Job summary

Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Assessment Solutions to lead proposal strategy, translate complex psychometric concepts into compelling documentation, and guide AI-enabled publishing across state and district markets.

The role reports to the AVP of Assessment Solutions and collaborates with Bids, Sales, and Marketing to advance the company’s assessment products nationwide.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Educational Measurement or related field required; or Masters with relevant K‑12 assessment experience.
• Strong knowledge of psychometric methods including CTT, IRT, CAT, and standard setting.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience for assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal response strategy for Assessment & Psychometrics teams.
• Translate technical documentation into proposal text and boilerplate.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and ensure psychometric accuracy.
