Ladders is seeking a Managing Director, Assessment & Human Capital to lead the strategic direction of the organization's assessment and human capital work across Education, Government & Non-Profit sectors. The role emphasizes innovation, growth, and measurable impact, including AI-enabled assessment, measurement, and national initiatives.

You will partner across teams to deepen stakeholder relationships, expand market presence, and recruit and mentor senior research and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field or a master's degree with significant leadership experience
• 15+ years of experience in education, workforce assessments, or related fields
• Proven track record leading complex projects with strategic and financial oversight
• Strong knowledge of contemporary assessment issues in K-12 and workforce settings
• Familiarity with generative AI applications in assessment and measurement

For our client, we are seeking a Managing Director, Assessment & Human Capital to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This senior leadership role will shape the strategic direction of the organization's assessment and human capital work, with a strong emphasis on innovation, growth, and measurable impact. The position will guide the evolution of assessment and measurement solutions across K-12 and workforce settings, including the thoughtful application of generative AI. It will also partner across the organization to strengthen market presence, deepen stakeholder relationships, and advance high-value initiatives with national relevance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $170,000 - $230,000 annually
