General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director for Army and Defense Agencies Capture to drive win strategies for large-scale competitive opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape pricing and engagement plans, and ensure alignment with enterprise BD processes. The role requires a Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret, 10+ years in capture management, and a proven track record of pursuing $500M+ deals in IT services for DoD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience as a capture manager.
• Experience leading DoW capture opportunities at Tier 1 Federal Systems Integrators.
• Security clearance: Active Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategies to win opportunities with the Army and Defense Agencies.
• Develop pricing strategies and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Coordinate with Capture, Growth and P&L leadership to align strategies.
• Shape opportunities across the lifecycle to increase win probability.
