Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare administration and operations.
• Experience optimizing APP utilization and care models.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, admins, and analytics teams.
• Knowledge of GDMT and quality initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSO and network APP optimization initiatives.
• Design and standardize APP roles, workflows, and panel management.
• Partner with physician leaders to align APP deployment with clinical and financial goals.
• Define APP compensation models by geography and experience.
• Support scaling of the CVAUSA care model.
