Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Clinical Quality Performance Analyst to advance enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives in a fully remote role. You will analyze provider-, practice-, and network-level data, develop dashboards and scorecards, and report findings to clinical and operational stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in clinical or outcomes research, expertise with EHR/claims data, and strong SQL/PowerBI skills to drive evidence-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical or outcomes research, including quality analytics.
• Experience with EHR/claims data.
• Fluent in SQL and PowerBI; able to build dashboards.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise cardiovascular quality initiatives and payer performance reporting.
• Analyze provider, practice, and network-level quality data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Support audit readiness and documentation for quality reporting.
• Collaborate with physician leaders and quality staff.
• Apply standardized analytic workflows and best practices.
• Maintain analytic documentation and reporting templates.
