Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Product Analytics to shape the analytics strategy for payor-focused products and drive portfolio measurement across teams. The role partners with actuaries, analytics and product owners to align priorities and deliver clear value narratives.

This full-time position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement within the US, with collaboration across actuaries, analytics, client reporting and product leadership to set strategic direction and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of analytics, product analytics, healthcare analytics, or related leadership roles.
Strong experience with payor-focused products and analytics environments.
Proven ability to define strategic direction for measurement and reporting across complex products.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
Establish portfolio-level standards for measurement and reporting and translate into business value.
Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and reporting teams to align priorities and execution.
Translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution plans.
Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies and sequencing.
