The role involves managing recruitment pipelines, onboarding, town halls, and cross-functional governance across a large analytics organization. Strong numbers, storytelling, and ambiguity tolerance are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes and onboarding programs.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication for executive materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own capital and operating budget across the portfolio and report ROI to partners.
• Manage recruiting pipeline and onboarding processes to ramp new colleagues.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and participate in leadership updates and town halls.
• Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics tracking.
• Lead talent reviews and drive action items from engagement surveys.
• Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data/Analytics teams to share best practices.
