Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Product Analytics to shape the analytics strategy and portfolio measurement for payor-focused products. You will drive consistency in measurement, valuation, and reporting across the portfolio, aligning actuaries, analytics, and product teams to deliver actuarial value stories and client reporting.

This role enables remote or hybrid work across the US, partnering with leadership to set strategic direction and orchestrate execution across teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, or leadership roles in healthcare analytics or related fields.
Experience in payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, or analytics environments.
Ability to define strategic direction for measurement, reporting, or analytics across complex products or portfolios.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
Establish portfolio-level standards for how product performance is measured, reported, and translated into business value.
Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and behavior change, and client reporting teams to align analytics priorities and portfolio direction.
Translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution needs.
Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and sequencing related to actuarial analysis and reporting.
