Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning product management, product strategy, technology strategy, or innovation roles at enterprise software or cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 3+ strategists/researchers/product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep working knowledge of AI and ML architectures, including agentic systems and AI integration patterns in enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of systems of record, data platforms, and enterprise app architectures with AI integrations.
• Fluency in evaluating productization strategies (open source, platform-native, standalone go-to-market).
• Experience with M&A strategy, integration planning, or build-buy-partner evaluation.
• Ability to structure complex analyses for senior executives in writing, presentations, and live discussions.
• Comfort with ill-defined problems and creative hypothesis generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for forward-looking innovation and whitespace identification across Salesforce's AI and platform portfolio.
• Oversee build-buy-partner framework and how to integrate acquired technologies into the core platform.
• Identify and assess market shifts and translate into actionable investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with SVP to fill gaps in strategic coverage beyond competitive intelligence.
• Synthesize inputs from engineering, product, research, M&A to develop evidence-based viewpoints.
• Perform quantitative and competitive analytics to size opportunities and support investments.
• Partner with regional leadership to expand strategy into European markets with local considerations.
• Define monetization and go-to-market models for various productization options.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing strategy team with horizon scanning processes.
