Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product Strategy to join the Product Strategy & Innovation team in Bellevue, WA. You will sit at the intersection of product vision, market intelligence, and technical architecture, guiding strategic bets for the next decade.

Reporting to the SVP, you will lead a team of strategists to surface white spaces, evaluate build-buy-partner options, and translate complex dynamics into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience spanning product management, product strategy, technology strategy, or innovation roles.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 3+ strategists, researchers, or product managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures, including agentic systems and LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of systems of record, data platforms, and enterprise app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for forward-looking innovation and whitespace across Salesforce's AI and platform portfolio.
• Drive strategy for offerings moving from internal capability to standalone or platform-integrated products.
• Develop and apply a framework for build-buy-partner decisions and integration paths.
• Identify market shifts and translate them into investment recommendations with clear evidence.
• Synthesize inputs from engineering, product management, research, M&A to form executable strategic bets.
