Salesforce is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Strategy to join our Product Strategy & Innovation team. This role sits at the intersection of product vision, market intelligence, and technical architecture, shaping what Salesforce builds next, and why and how.

Reporting to the SVP of Product Strategy, you will lead a team of strategists, identify emerging whitespace, evaluate options, and translate market dynamics into executable plans for a decade of product leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management/strategy roles.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ strategists.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures.
• Understanding of data platforms and SaaS.
• Experience with M&A strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for AI and platform portfolio.
• Drive whitespace identification and productization planning.
• Evaluate build-buy-partner decisions for core platform.
• Identify market shifts and translate to investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with SVP to expand in European markets.
• Develop data-supported strategic viewpoints for executives.
• Mentor a high-performing strategy team.
