Job summary

KIPP Public Schools seeks a Senior Director of AI Strategy and Innovation to lead the network-wide AI strategy, coordinate pilots, and guide vendor selections for teaching and operations across the nation.

Reporting to the CEO's office, you will work with regional leaders and the Schools, Data & Technology, Legal, and Development teams to ensure evidence-based decisions and scalable AI deployment that benefits all students, especially those at the margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead KIPP's multi-year, network-wide AI strategy aligned to One KIPP and the 2030 Plan.
• Serve as the AI expert for the Foundation and advisor to regions, schools, and leadership on tools, uses, and risks.
• Own KIPP's instructional AI position and the network's AI decision framework and vendor approach.
• Translate strategy so regional leaders, funders, and school leaders can act on it with clarity.
