• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing HW/SW engineering team.
• Define and execute engineering strategy for next-generation networking solutions.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to tape-out and production.
• Report progress and risks to CTO and executives.
